I don't know how to start a forum topic, so I thought I'd write you. My wife and I are trying to have children. Though she isn't pregnant yet, I am wondering about circumcision in the event that we have a boy. I realize that circumcision is purely religious in origin, but what are the pros and cons for having my child circumcised?

The cons: Check any anti-circumcision book, article, or website. They are numerous and vicious.
The pros: Many Jews have even stopped doing this to their children.
