While reading some of the deconversion letters on your site, I came across a letter from someone who practiced saying "Satan, come into my life and take control, I give my soul over to you!" I tried saying it out loud too. The first time was very difficult -- I kept looking out of the corner of my eyes, expecting Satan to come leaping through my curtains and take possession of me. By the third time, all it gave me was a good belly laugh.
Thank you very much for your site. It strengthened my atheism (which I'd considered impregnable) and made me realize how much superstitious mental baggage I still need to chuck overboard.
