Hi Cliff,
I haven't written in while, but I was skimming through the de-conversion stories on your site and WOW! Many, many of them credit your site to changing their lives! I'm not trying to inflate you to hero status, since I imagine you feel close to the same about that as I do. But I've seen you doubting the importance of your work and asking yourself why you continue. I can only imagine how hard this work is, but your impact is great. Many visitors, including myself, have used your site as a reference point for our lives.
It is an amazing feeling being a first-gen atheist who comes to his or her revelation for the first real time. It's better than when one accepts Jesus into his or her heart because this time it's real! Your site has made that transition smooth for a lot of people, and has even triggered the transition in many others!
Your work is phenomenal in the effort alone -- and your words are a candle in the darkness of religious fervor. Once again, good work, my friend. You are always appreciated by those of us who need reference.
